Use this guide to export data from Google Search & Maps for any Google Business Profile.⚡ Updated
The Phantom extension for Google Chrome makes it possible to quickly export data from Google My Business, which will automatically download as a CSV file.
Follow these steps to export Google My Business data:
Note: Phantom must be installed in order to access the export feature for Google My Business. You can install for free on the Chrome Webstore .
Once Phantom has been installed, it will be enabled by default for Google Chrome.
To start exporting data, perform a local or branded search in Google Search or Maps.
Then scroll down to Google’s Local 3-Pack results…
You’ll have the option to export data directly from Google Search.
Just click the Export button on the profile to start the CSV download.
Once you have the exported CSV file, you can import that data to Google Sheets (or Excel) for further analysis.
|Business name||The name that appears on the Google Business Profile|
|Primary category||The primary Google Business Profile category on the profile|
|Additional categories||All additional business categories associated with the profile|
|Website URL||The “website link” or local landing page linked from the profile|
|Maps URL||The Google Maps link to the profile|
|Place CID||The Place CID link associated with the profile|
|Review count||The total number of Google reviews (at time of export)|
|Star rating||The aggregate star rating of Google reviews (at time of export)|
|Recent review date||The date of the most recent Google review on the profile|
|Photo uploads||The total number of photos that have been uploaded|
|Address locality||The city contained in the business’s mailing address|
