Use this guide to downlead and export photos from any Google Business Profile.⚡ Updated
The Phantom Chrome Extension makes it possible to easily export and download photos and photo data from any Google Business Profile. Currently, Phantom supports downloadable exports of individual photos associated with each Google Business Profile in addition to graphed data.
Follow these steps to export Google Business Profile photos and photo data:
Note: Phantom must be installed in order to access the export feature for Google My Business. You can install for free on the Chrome Webstore.
Once Phantom has been installed, it will be enabled by default for Google Chrome, allowing you to analyze and export photo data using Phantom’s Photo audit button, which will automatically display in Google Search & Maps on Google Business Profiles.
Search for the name of your business (or a competitor) in Google Search or Maps. I recommend using the the following branded search + locality format to ensure the results you want:
business name + locality
Napoli 3 St. Charles
Once you’ve found the business profile that you want to analyze in Google Search or Maps, click the Photo audit button.
Once the photo audit finishes running, you’ll be able to use the 📈Export Data and the 📷Export Photos buttons.
📈 Export Data: This button will export data associated with the graph, which tends to be more helpful for auditing your Google Business profile to understand how your photo uploads compare to top ranking competitors.
📷 Export Photos: Alternatively, this button will export data about each individual photo on the Google Business Profile. This includes the date, author name, and photo URL.
Additional details about each export can be found below…
